General:

The contracts for the sale of goods or services by Shit Trumps US from the website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with German law. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them. Our liability to you whether for breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence or otherwise shall in no circumstance exceed the price charged to you for the damaged product which gave rise to such liability. Shit Trumps US shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused. The contract is concluded once the goods have been received.

1. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase operates like this: Just browse our website and click ‘order’ to initiate your purchase. After you have confirmed reading the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, you click the button of our payment partner PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com to review their terms and conditions as well as their privacy policy. PayPal accepts several sorts of payment. If you are shopping from the UK, Canada or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Full payment (inclusive of carriage) is taken at time of order - including for back-ordered items.

2. Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days. These timescales are subject to availability.
It is the customers responsibility to provide a full and correct delivery address including the postcode Shit Trumps US will not be held responsible for orders which become lost due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

2.1 Force majeure

No Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity [or telephone service], and no other Party will have a right to terminate this Agreement in such circumstances.

3. Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If an order contains both pre-orders for new product(s) and available items on the same order, we will ship the available items first OR await the availability of the new product to ship all items at our discretion.

4. Returns Policy

We will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived at the destination in un-useable or faulty condition or indeed different from those ordered.
We will fully refund the money paid to us within 14 working days to your account via PayPal.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason before delivery and within seven working days after the day of receiving your goods. Should you decide to request a refund please notify us immediately by emailing: info@shit-trumps.com. After seven working days the sale is considered closed and we will not make a refund.
In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (that is unopened and unused). If you do not return the goods within 14 working days of your notice of cancellation, no refund will be made.
Please use recorded delivery when returning parcels.

5. Prices (general)

All prices shown are in USD, VAT is not included in the price because Shit Trumps US is exempted from tax and accordingly not VAT-registered. We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.

6. Current prices

Each game costs 7.95 $ (USD). Mailing expenses (postage and packaging) is 6.95 $ (USD) wordwide. Postage prices are independent of the number of games ordered.

7. Acceptance of Shit Trumps US´ Terms & Conditions

By placing an order for goods or services promoted by Shit Trumps US, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions as governing your order. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions specified here, you must not order from Shit Trumps US.
